Private Pilot Terms of Use

Operator and participation

ChallengeTracker is operated by Stamatis Katsiberis as an individual developer based in Greece. No legal entity has yet been formed.

This is a limited, private, pre-commercial pilot for personally selected adults aged 18 or older. No payment or commercial service is currently offered.

You must be at least 18, be personally selected for the pilot, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only your own account. Participation is voluntary and may be ended by you or the founder.

Testing conditions

The application is under testing. Features, functionality, and test data may change; defects and interruptions may occur; and no availability or response-time guarantee is offered. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

No payment is requested and no commercial service is offered during this pilot.

Safe and lawful use

Use must be lawful, respectful, consensual, and consistent with the Acceptable-Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, security abuse, cash stakes, gambling, coercive or humiliating challenges, and unauthorised collection of another person’s information are prohibited.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical diagnoses, crisis information, information about minors, confidential employer information, or unnecessary highly sensitive information.

ChallengeTracker is not an emergency, medical, therapy, financial-advice, gambling, employment-certification, or formal professional-certification service.

Peer confirmation is supportive accountability, not professional proof or certification. Use appropriate professionals and local emergency services where relevant.

Content, privacy, and account controls

You remain responsible for content you submit and permit only the processing needed to operate, secure, moderate, export, and delete it. Challenges are private by membership; membership does not grant access to another person’s account or PERSONAL information.

Export and deletion controls are available in the application. Access may be restricted for safety, security, illegal conduct, or material policy breaches using proportionate, reviewable procedures.

Contact and future review

During this pilot, support, privacy, security, reports, and Beta feedback are reviewed by the founder at stamatis.katsiberis@gmail.com. This is not a 24/7 or emergency contact.

External legal and privacy review is planned before any broader public or commercial launch.
